Brooke Nicole is like a giant warm hug, yall. Love and hugs are her M.O. and Embodied, Somatic Healing is her mission. She believes that every being on this planet is Sacred and Sovereign, capable of anchoring into their Highest, most aligned, and abundant Selves.
Brooke specializes in Vedic Thai Bodywork-Assisted Asana/Assisted Stretch, Reiki Light Activations, Healings, and Attunements, Somatic Emotional Trauma Release Therapy (S.E.R. or S.T.R.), the work of the Soul Doula, Embodied Movement and Ecstatic Dance, and walking the path of the Galactic Mystic.

Vedic Thai Bodywork (a.k.a. Thai-Yoga, Assisted Asana) is an ancient healing folk art that was developed tens of thousands of years ago in the Ayurvedic traditions which address all the human body systems: physical, emotional, somatic, energetic, mental, spiritual and multidimensional. This allows a surrendering release that makes way for fuller and deeper openings in the body, mind, and Spirit.
Vedic Thai Bodywork as a practice has many benefits that are supported by modern science. It has been found to reduce the severity of headaches, decrease lower back and joint pain, increase flexibility and stamina, calm anxieties, and to energize the body, mind, and spirit. Whereas traditional Western therapeutic massage is a passive modality, Vedic Thai Bodywork is an ACTIVE modality, engaging the body's wisdom and intelligence to achieve deep, somatic healing.

WHAT do we mean by... SMASH?
The short version is that it's the touch and compression part of the session. The longer version is that it's one of the non-technical terms Brooke uses in humor to describe what she does, which is combine gentle touch and compression with flowing, exotic movements and stretching. It's gentle yoga stretch plus squishing and Reiki Energy Healing!
What to expect:
Sessions are 90 minutes, fully clothed, and held in a cozy zen den full of magic and loving intention.
Most meditations are experienced in a lying down/shavasana position with plenty of blankets and props to help the body into ease.

A Women's Circle & Reiki Meditation
This isn't a follow the leader class or workshop. This is a meeting of Queens. A true round table gathering of women who value the support of their sisters, who are done with competitive sister wounding, and who are ready to step into their Allness and lift others UP to do the same.
We'll open and close with a Reiki Meditation, receiving activating Light Codes and amplifying, healing energies. We'll raise our frequencies together and RISE for the Collective.
So bring your backpack of crap, your tools, your practices, your ideas, your wisdom, your brilliance. Bring your broken and weary and challenging and heavy. Bring it all to your Inner Fire and witness yourself GLOW UP.

Join us for an evening of nourishing self-care and restorative bliss in this 90 minute Reiki Sound Bath Meditation!
Participants will be guided into a relaxed state with an opening Reiki energy meditation, setting healthy space and intention for their experience. Once settled, we’ll ease deeper into this beautiful healing practice as the powerful yet gentle frequencies of sound wash over us and each participant has the opportunity to receive both group and individual Reiki healing.
Both of these potent modalities can support deep relaxation, internal harmonization, detox, vitalization, reduction of inflammation, enhanced focus, insights, realizations, and so much more.
Reiki is a rich healing modality which utilizes Universal Lovingkindness, Universal Life-Force Energy to support the best health of each recipient –allowing healing and restoration to go exactly where it is most needed. It can be facilitated in person or remotely with gentle touch, compression, or touch-free. As Reiki supports the natural healing process of each recipient, this transcendent practice is wonderful in supporting, opening, and connecting to the energies, presence, and guidance of their Highest-Self Consciousness and a harmonization via Universal Source Energetics.
Sound (and silence) are ancient healers. The sound healing of this event will primarily utilize Himalayan metal bowls –sacred instruments which can support meditative presence, restoration, relaxation, balance, and internal harmony. These bowls are birthed out of traditions of artisan craftsmanship from the Himalayan region - in some cases utilizing 7-12 metals, with healthy prayer, meditation, and intention weaving throughout the preparation and process to craft these bowls. The vibrations of the bowls and other instruments help us return to peace within, return to our breath, and return to our bodies.
Each event is unique; the role of the facilitators is to be present to what’s in the space and support the healthiest experience in that moment. All you need to do is show up, breathe, and let the waves of sound and Reiki wash over you and through you.
These events are typically 90 minutes, plus some time before to get settled and some time after for integration.
You may want to bring a mat, blanket, &/or pillow(s) for your comfort during the meditation. (There are some props available). Please avoid the use of fragrances, though light essential oils should be fine. We also recommend having some water or light tea for yourself :)
