Although we do accept same-day bookings when possible, our clients are generally seen by appointment only. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. We suggest scheduling your next session or appointment before leaving the venue so that you can have your desired time and treatment.

*A credit card is required to reserve all appointments - beginning January 1st, 2024

Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or classes, unless specified otherwise. At this time, Magnolia Wellness is unable to replace gift certificates if lost or stolen.

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all session services, appointments,  group events, and private rentals. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance for services will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service costs, plus any applicable fees. No-shows for appointments will also be charged 50% of the service cost. 

We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first-time client, please allow enough time before your appointment to complete the New Client Forms. These may also be filled out online via the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of booking.

Late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full-service fees.

Out of consideration for other guests, please mute phone ringers. Cell phone use is not permitted within the venue, waiting areas, or private studios. We kindly ask that you conduct phone calls outside. 

Where are you located?

Magnolia Wellness is located at 497 Ritchie Hwy, Suite 1 A&B in Severna Park, Maryland. We are located in the lower level, backside of Ritchie Robinson Plaza. From Ritchie Highway, turn into the parking lot for Donut Shack and follow the driveway on the left down to the lower lot. 

What are your hours of operation?

Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

At this time, all private sessions are scheduled by reservation, only.

MAKING RESERVATIONS

Magnolia Wellness is happy to offer a variety of ways for our guests to schedule their next appointment, class, or workshop.

BY PHONE

We will happily assist you in scheduling your next session, registering for class or workshop, and to answer any questions you may have regarding our offerings. To schedule an appointment by phone, please call 443-261-3927 during our regular office hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

ONLINE

Our online appointment scheduler makes appointment and class reservations easy. We recommend reserving services 2-4 weeks in advance, as we are honored to be assisting so many with their self-care needs. Workshops, movement, and yoga classes can fill up; we recommend reserving your spot at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. 

MINDBODY APP

Convenient and easy, this app allows you to schedule appointments and classes, purchase a series of classes, review your previous purchases, and much more!

CONFIRMATIONS

Please note that your appointment is considered confirmed at the time of scheduling. You will be emailed a confirmation with New Client Forms at the time of booking via our Mindbody scheduler, along with a reminder email 2-3 days prior to your session. This is a courtesy to help remind you of your services, which will remain on our appointment book unless you cancel via phone, or through your online account. *When you schedule your FIRST session, class, or workshop online, you will be prompted to create an account via Mindbody, or to log in to your already existing Mindbody account. If your client profile was created by someone on the Magnolia Wellness Team, you may create a Mindbody account that can be linked to your profile when you log in for the first time; there, you can manage your email and confirmation settings. 

CANCELLATIONS

Magnolia Wellness does NOT facilitate the scheduling and booking for our in-house Partner Services. Please contact these providers directly; their contact information can be found on each of their respective pages HERE.

Class Packs, Bundles, Packages, & Expirations

Class Packs, packages, and bundles may be purchased for a variety of our services. 

Please keep in mind that the private sessions and appointments offered in Magnolia Wellness are by contracted partners (practitioners and facilitators); as such, package pricing varies. Please speak to and refer to the individual contractor's current offerings, policies, and availability. 

Class Packs

Class Packs generally expire after 3 months, unless otherwise specified. All sales are final.
