A NOTE FROM CORINNE
"My appreciation for massage started in high school when I was receiving chiropractic work along with physical therapy to regain mobility in my spine. The pain I experienced was constant and affected everything in my life. Massage therapy saved me both physically and mentally. A number of years later, I took up massage training in San Diego. I learned various hands on modalities along with energy work. While I specialize in deep tissue and sports therapies, I also love working in the subtle energetics of the body. 

Over the time of my career I have learned working with multiple energy healing modalities and several years ago I studied to become a Shaman of the Incan Q’ero lineage. My inner and outer view of things were reshaped and life changed for me completely once I stepped onto this path. Shamanic work is that of deep healing and connection to all that is. Being a presence and assisting one with their healing is an honor. I love both types of work and I truly appreciate what each offering brings to a person. My aim as a practitioner is to meet my clients in a way they feel they can best be served, and to have them leaving their session with me feeling feeling mentally and physically brighter and renewed." -Corinne LaPace

Shamanic work is that of deep healing and connection to all that is and it is done to assist the client in their healing journey. The shaman does not heal you- they facilitate you in your own healing. By holding sacred space, connecting with Spirit, guides, the angels and the archetypes, shaman and client work together to release trauma and blockages found in the energetic centers of the body, creating space for peace and beauty within.

Corinne is trained in the multi-thousand year old lineage of the Q’ero Shamans who reside in the Andes mountains of Peru. This lineage is one of fire and we work with the energy of fire to bring about great change and deep cleansing, in both our inner and outer worlds.
