Adelyn Navarro

Adelyn is a 500 RYT Ayurveda Yoga Teacher and an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor. She’s a self-healer and a never-ending seeker. Gratitude is her magic, self-growth is her jam, and good music vibrates her soul. She is passionate about sharing the principles of Ayurveda as she truly believes self-knowledge is the key to our health, happiness, and to having a good time while we’re here on earth. When Adelyn’s not on the yoga mat or cooking up Ayurvedic meals, she’s a TV/media producer and writer. She is also mama to her baby boy, Nash, the love of her life.

Jen O'Sullivan

Jen O’Sullivan is passionate about sharing the healing rewards of yoga with her students so they can live more peacefully in their bodies and minds. Her teaching style is joyful, calming and supportive.  Students value the way she cues the postures and weaves the broader practice of yoga into classes — and includes a great savasana at the end of every class!  Expect to be playfully challenged and to explore the practice in a way that encourages translation into daily life. Jen empowers each person to notice how they arrive to the practice and adjust accordingly, enjoying yoga with compassion and grace for themselves and others.

Jen has been teaching hatha and vinyasa style yoga, as well as gentle yoga, chair yoga, breath work and guided meditation for 14 years in classes, as well to private and corporate clients in various settings.. She’s professionally certified as an RYT-500 with Jason Crandell and is trained in Vedic Thai Bodywork and Sound Healing. A perpetual student, Jen’s work is informed by her continuous study of yoga philosophy and anatomy from experts in the field. She personally enjoys aerial and paddle board yoga, too!

Her life experience with sports injuries and chronic pain put her on this rejuvenating path and she is honored to share it with you . Come join her on the mat!

Whitney Hosein

Whitney is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, and level I Reiki practitioner. Her first yoga class, at the tender age of 11, was more pranayama and meditation than asana, and facilitated her management of various chronic health conditions such as asthma. Her best friend took her to her first hot yoga class in the summer of 2005, barely a month after major invasive surgery, and she knew immediately she would be doing this practice for the rest of her life.

After deciding not to attend medical school in 2012, Whit committed herself fully into the Bishnu Ghosh lineage, practicing up to thrice daily and placing 2nd and 1st regionally in the 2013 and 2014 Bishnu Ghosh Yoga Championships. Her formal education in anatomy and physiology, affinity for arm balancing, and a tendency toward tapas (Sanskrit: austerity) led her to Ashtanga yoga, and many-a-workshop with Kino MacGregor. At the behest of her fellow sadhaks (Sk: initiates), she became certified in Ashtanga Yoga in 2015, with subsequent training under Tony Sanchez, Rajashree Choudhury, Dr. Erin Rose Vaughn and Gokul Acandra in 26&2 Ha-Tha, Yin, and Vinyasa. She has also recently completed her certification in prenatal yoga.

She has taught and studied internationally, and continues to expand her repertoire through daily devotion, self-inquiry, and continued education. Her classes are challenging, dynamic, and playful, an invitation to venture to the edge and glimpse the boundlessness of our Sacred Being.

Allie Cushley

Allie Cushley, owner and founder of YogiAllie, first found yoga in college when she struggled finding her way. While battling anxiety and depression, Allie found the peace and calm that yoga brought her and fell in love with the practice.

She got her 200hr RYT in 2019 and quickly jumped into teaching. Within her first year, Allie took several other trainings and continues to find chances to further her education and background.

With a desire to share this grounding practice, Allie strives to offer the same holistic approach to healing that she's found helpful.

Through her yoga classes, Masterclass program, special events, workshops, and wellness retreats, Allie offers unique wellness experiences to help her students find release and relaxation.

With a goal to help her students live happy and healthy, Allie uses a variety of holistic approaches to help others regain balance within their mind, body, and spirit. Allie uses yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantras, journaling, cupping, chakra alignment, and Reiki healing to help her clients achieve their goals.

Allie's use of props, detailed verbal cues, mindful movement, and soothing sequences keep her classes accessible, welcoming, and fun in hopes to introduce you to the beautiful practice of yoga and to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle!
